@tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

@tescomobile Got my final bill this morning, it states that the refund is due on the 4th of January. This is longer than the 3-5 working days stated by yourselves. I know Christmas is in between but that still doesn't work out.

I think I've actually found it! The world's worst customer service, and the world's worst website! Take a bow @tescomobile I've been trying to spend more money with you for 3 hours now, with no success.

@MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 2 .... a mobile-network. But more importantly, do you think they care?The personel who man the helplines simply haven't got a clue. Totally-brain-dead - reading from instruction books.It baffles me how they get-away with it!
