@slpng_giants @Xfinity I’m an @Xfinity customer as well. I’ll call tomorrow and ask the same. The more of us who do, the more likely they are to consider adjusting their lineup.

@KoESSB Comcast -_- Im supposed to have 1gb down load and i only get 40mb upload, My issue right now is my ping just randomly spikes INSANELY with games now and i cant figure out the reason, the speeds im getting say that its right (although i literally just ran it and its alot lower)

@grimss2 @slpng_giants @Xfinity Sadly they do, also. But it's easy to chat with their support team and say it's an issue, even if you're not a customer and I assume someone somewhere is keeping a tally.

@0BurkeBlack0 I highly suggest renting your modem from Comcast then putting a firewall behind it to support you Wan fail over. Comcast loves to point fingures when you have issues and if you rent the modem it's always there fault and can not pin it on your equipment.

@slpng_giants @Xfinity One of the big reasons we got rid of cable and won't go back until they organize themselves as an a la carte system. Cable is losing boatloads of money to Roku, Sling, Netflix and Disney+ etc because people don't want to pay for 200 channels they would never watch.
