If you are reading this chances are you have already played the falcom games. That being said, there are a lot of games, including games I've never played, so unless you've played ALL the games you're going to miss some references.

Also this is basically just a comedy anime, not to be taken overly seriously, but its understandable that some/most jokes are subjective.
It's really like a more jokey and shorter version of carnival phantasm so to speak.
Really its just an experience to watch and hear the characters in funneh situations, though some are not so funneh.

I guess this review can be seen as overrating... but honestly... it was funny and entertaining. But it is just for people who played basically all falcom series and still remember them and are probably fans of them. If you are this kind of viewer... then I think you will enjoy it aswell. The worst thing about this show is probably art which is on a level of amateur cartoon maker and they could give more attention to character art. But other than that I am liking it. References on games, battle systems, locations and use of music from the games is something I appreciated ...

These short series ... are an oddball. Like they're based off from games, made from Falcom, which is kind of obscure developer in the West, but respected on the East. Their games were, and still are, quite innovative for it's time, having great soundtrack, enjoyable and relateable characters, and interesting plotlines.

These series takes the chance to joke and goof around, hyperbolizing the behaviour of these said characters, or poking at their strange quirks. The gags vary in execution, but in general it's an enjoying and satisfying watch, BUT ... in order to get them you need to know some major knowledge ...
