Two things I see are your thumb placement and body balance. The thumb should be on the same side of the handle as your fingers. Your balance is another. In Jim's video you see him lean on the tractor for body support. In your video you are holding the camera so if the crank kicks you may get taken for a hurtful ride.
You have a good idea, so please don't take any of this as criticism, but keep in mind, you don't want to pass along information to someone who may hurt themselves
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
