Joined Jim Edmonds as the only two Cardinals to reach base safely seven times in their first two career postseason games. Is the only player in MLB history to record two runs, two hits, two walks and a double (also a SB) in his first career postseason game. Became the 3rd Cardinal, along with Stan Musial (1942) and Albert Pujols (2001) to bat cleanup (No. 4) at the age of 21 in a postseason game.
